My husband and I just got back from Russia where we adopted our daughter about a month ago. I needed a nanny that could understand the obvious changes and be mindful of the adjustments our daughter was going through. Jessica was very easy and helpful to work with. The nannies she provided were all a delight! The agency all together was great- they were fast and efficient, they didn't charge me a dime until I found our nanny and they let me employ her for 2 weeks without payment to the agency. There was no application fees, and when it came time to pay the placement fee...she took paypal! It was awesome! Our nanny is great, I can see her and Emmalee bonding, its so cute!! I'm really happy that you helped me find Sherie for our temporary child care needs. Tonight, she stayed with my two sons while my husband and I were out and everything went really well. I wanted the boys to get to know her a bit before she stays with them. Specifically, I love Sherie's concern for the safety of my children and her interest in following our house rules and routines. She seems to have very good common sense. But, it's also nice that my children like her a lot and feel very comfortable with her.
