A Nanny Solution Nanny Placement Fees

Jessica Gillan President & CEO - A Nanny SolutionA Nanny Solution, LLC. will confirm all nanny requirements (stated below) are fulfilled prior to the Employer's interviewing process. We require a $200 deposit to start the process. It is 100% refundable at the time of placement of a Full and Part time Permanent nanny. A placement fee is due only if a family hires one of our candidates as a nanny or otherwise. (The deposit/retainer fee is NOT credited to those placing a short term, night nanny or on-call nannies. Those placing an on-call nanny are exempt from paying the deposit/retainer fee.)

• Full-time, Permanent Fee: 10% of the nannies total annual income. This is a Onetime fee.
• Part-Time, Permanent Fee: 10% of the Nannies total annual income. This is a onetime fee.
Permanent nannies are those hired longer than 120 days/four months; Giving a one year at minimum written commitment to the family. 98% of our (permanent) nannies previously placed have remained with the same family for over four years.

• Temporary Nanny Placement: $950 (maximum) or 20% of the overall salary for short term contracts. Nanny may work up to 2 months/60 days either full-time or part-time as live in or out. (A credit of $250.00 will given to the family if they wish to extend their nanny placement to one year.)
Night-Nanny/Baby Nurse Placement or New Born Specialist: $950 flat fee for an 8 week contract. This includes 24 hour care contracts.

*Families who hire a Night Nanny or New Born Specialist and a permanent part or full time Nanny will receive a discount of $250 to be subtracted from all placement fees!

*If for any reason your permanent nanny does not work out within the first four months/120 days, we will happily replace your nanny at NO additional fee or refund you 50% of all placement fees paid if you chose to find another nanny elsewhere.

$200 Deposit

Our placement fee is a reimbursement charge for all of our time and prescreening efforts in place to ensure the longevity and quality of your placement. We do NOT charge annually nor do we have any annual "membership fees" or "application fees". Working with a professional service guarantees the family only interviews and hires a nanny with a professional outlook on their career choice. Our permanent nannies have been known to remain with the same family for over four years. All placement fees are to be paid in full 24 hours prior to the nanny's official start, after a two week -no obligation- trial has concluded.

*We offer discounts to Single Moms and all Military personnel: active, retired and veteran.

What does your placement fee cover?
Everything! We go above and beyond, providing parents with piece of mind- which you do not get from our agency competitors, and all other online blind websites. Please keep in mind, every nanny comes with a professional profile referencing the information listed below.

The placement fee covers:

• The marketing for your families' specific needs: recruiting candidates
• 1 hour of an initial phone interview with each candidate
• 2 hours of a in person interview with every candidate
• 2 hours of pre screening work for every candidate
• The time to call 3-5 references per candidate
• The time to assemble a 20+ page profile per candidate
• Legal working status verification (Our nannies are 100% legal US citizens)
• The time to obtain background documents from Trustline
• The fees associated with State mandated FBI Background screening
• The fees associated with the Obtainment of DMV History
• The fees associated with Drug testing: seven panel
• The fees associated with updated CPR certification
• The fees associated with updated Tb testing
• Employment guarantee for 180 days, (a free nanny replacement if required),
• The time to orchestrate a working agreement (contract) for you & your nanny explaining the position/expectations in detail
• Employer and nanny support system and assistance with salary and benefits negotiation.
• Support from our agency owner throughout the course of your relationship with your nanny.

Our placement fee is a reimbursement charge as we have already paid for the items listed above and have spent a considerable amount of time getting several candidates ready to interview with you. Families are simply paying us back for our time and invaluable prescreening efforts. We personally spend a total five hours pre screening each candidate. We save families a significant amount of time, money, anxiety and sanity as an independent nanny search can be rather stressful for a parent who has never hired a nanny before. We walk the whole process with you, supporting parents every step of the way.
