Our In-Home Childcare Professionals exceed our extensive agency requirements of:
-Every nanny will be interviewed by the agency owner, in person
-Extensive background screening clearance via Trustline www.trustline.org http://www.trustline.org
-Additional background check with a Private PI Firm
-Legal to work within the US with Social Security Number Verification
-Minimum of 6 Early Childhood Education Units
-Valid Driver License & DMV driving record print out
-Valid car insurance with registration
-Negative TB test & health screening
-Pass a negative drug test
-Current CPR certification
-Minimum of 3 years of Professional Nanny Experience
- Minimum of 3 Nanny Employer references available for contact and verification
